Don't miss this diamond in the rough! With 6 beautiful acres and a shared pond, this is a one of a kind opportunity. An estate sale and sold as-is, the 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch home has lots of room and needs cosmetic updating. The walk out basement/garage provides extra storage for lawn equipment and parking. Large brick fireplace in the family room and spacious kitchen with eating area. The 1850 farmhouse has not been lived in for 25 years but could offer an additional home once updated. The pole barn and stable need some work but bring your imagination! It's a once in a lifetime opportunity for the right buyer!
