About You
You’re an experienced, motivated REALTOR® who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You love helping clients achieve their goals, communicate with heart, and handle every detail like a pro. You’re ready to grow, earn, and contribute to a team that believes in excellence — not mediocrity. You have a history of past sales- not just holding a license.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting with professionalism and care
- Market and negotiate listings to achieve the best results for clients
- Stay on top of market trends, pricing strategies, and local inventory
- Deliver exceptional communication and client experiences from start to finish
- Accurately complete contracts, disclosures, and closing documentation
- Collaborate with our marketing, admin, and operations teams for seamless service
What You Bring
- Active Real Estate License (minimum 1 year experience required with a strong sales history)
- Proven sales or client-service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Spanish proficiency (a plus but not required!)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
